How Incoming College Freshman Summer Group Coaching
Mid-June & July 2026 Cohorts • Limited Spots Available
Starting college is exciting, but for many students with ADHD, it can also feel overwhelming. The shift from high school to college often comes with increased independence, less structure, heavier workloads, and new responsibilities that can quickly become stressful without the right support systems in place.
This 4-week summer group coaching program is designed specifically for incoming college freshmen who want to feel more confident, prepared, and in control before their first semester begins.
Throughout the program, students will learn ADHD-friendly strategies for:
• time management and organization
• studying effectively for college-level courses
• planning and prioritization
• emotional regulation and stress management
• motivation and follow-through
• building routines and accountability systems
• self-advocacy and navigating college expectations
Students will also develop a personalized “college success toolbox” filled with practical strategies they can immediately apply once the semester starts.
This supportive small-group environment helps students realize they are not alone while building confidence, independence, and skills that can support long-term academic success.

Rather than offering rigid study rules, this course teaches students how to study in a way that works for their unique brain. Using the research-based VARK learning styles framework, students learn to identify how they learn best and apply strategies that improve focus, retention, and follow-through.
