ADHD Coaching

ADHD Coaching provides personalized, one-on-one support to help you better understand your brain, develop effective strategies, and create a life aligned with your strengths and values.
While individual sessions are available, lasting change doesn’t happen overnight. Research shows it takes over 60 days to form a new habit—which is why I strongly encourage clients to commit to a minimum of three months of coaching. This timeframe allows us to explore your goals, experiment with strategies, and build lasting systems that support your success.

I offer individual 45-minute sessions starting at $100 and 60-minute sessions starting at $120. I also offer 12-session packages designed to make your investment in yourself as efficient and impactful as possible. If you purchase a package, I'll include an additional session for free!
  • 13 (12 sessions plus 1 bonus session) x 45-minute sessions = starting at $1,080 
  • 13 (12 sessions plus 1 bonus session) x 60-minute sessions = starting at $1,320 ​

Academic Consulting

Whether you need help navigating the special education system or preparing for an IEP meeting, I offer both advocacy and consultation services to support students and their families.

My consultation services ($100/hour) include document review, meeting prep, and educational planning support.

My advocacy services ($200/hour) include attending IEP meetings, representing families, and supporting communication with schools.

Tutoring (K-12 & College)

I offer individualized tutoring for K–12 and college-level students. Whether your student needs help with a specific subject or study strategies, I offer flexible scheduling and discounted packages.

My standard rate is $120/hour, and I also offer discounted rates for purchasing tutoring packages:
  • 4 Hour Tutoring Package – $432 (10% off)
  • 8 Hour Tutoring Package – $768 (20% off)​

Test-Preparation & College Applications

I offer test-preparation and college application assistance for a wide variety of students. Whether you are a middle or high schooler, a parent getting ready to return to school, a community college student looking to transfer to a four-year college, or an undergraduate getting ready for grad school, I offer flexible scheduling and discounted packages.

My standard rate is $140/hour, and I also offer discounted rates for purchasing packages:
