Struggling with ADHD in College?

Learn to harness your strengths and thrive in academics, sorority life, and beyond.

Picture
College is exciting, busy, and full of opportunity. If you are part of a sorority, you know the pressure to show up as your best self academically, socially, and personally. For women with ADHD, this pressure can feel intense. You may look accomplished and put together from the outside, while quietly struggling with focus, organization, time management, and the constant feeling that you are falling behind.

If you are a parent, you might notice that your daughter is smart, capable, and highly motivated, yet overwhelmed by the demands of college and sorority life. ADHD does not mean a lack of effort. It simply means her brain works differently, and she may need tools designed for her unique style of learning and living.

My mission is to help sorority women build confidence, reduce overwhelm, and use their natural strengths to succeed in school, in their chapter, and in life. ADHD coaching gives students the support, structure, and encouragement they need to thrive during some of the most important years of their lives.

ADHD is real!

ADHD is a real neurodevelopmental condition that affects people of all ages, including high-achieving college women. Many high-achieving neurodiverse women learn to hide their struggles, which can make things even harder. Instead of masking, I help clients understand how their brain works so they can lean into their strengths and succeed in academics, leadership roles, and social life. ADHD isn't a flaw. It is a source of creativity, energy, and insight when you learn how to work with it.

It's not your fault!

ADHD is not caused by poor habits, lack of discipline, or anything your family did wrong. It has strong genetic roots and real neurological differences. Many young women try to power through with more effort, only to feel defeated when it doesn't work. Coaching gives students new tools, routines, and strategies that fit the way their brain operates. With the right support, they can feel capable, organized, and motivated again.

You're not broken!

Growing up with ADHD often means getting labeled as careless, forgetful, or inconsistent. Sorority women can feel extra pressure to keep everything together, which can quickly lead to self-doubt or burnout. You deserve to feel confident and supported. Coaching helps reframe these challenges and build systems that make daily life feel manageable. With the right guidance, you can stop fighting your brain and start working with it.
